This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled by Dr. Yomal Private Limited.
1. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Courses, downloads, and subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed
- If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, contact us within 48 hours
- If technical issues prevent access, we will assist or re-grant access instead of refunding
We reserve the right to issue refunds only in exceptional cases.
2. Consultation Fees (Video / Second Opinion)
Consultation payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The consultation was cancelled by us
- Technical failure prevented the consultation
- Payment was made but appointment was not delivered
Dissatisfaction with medical advice is not grounds for refund, as consultations are professional opinions.
3. Physical Medical & Electronic Products
You may request a return if:
- Item is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product unused and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened medical consumables
- Hygiene-related items
- Software or activated devices
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items damaged after delivery
4. Return Process
To request a return:

- Include order number, reason, and photos
- Wait for approval before shipping
Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
5. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refund issued within 7–14 business days
- Sent to original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless our fault
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment or before digital access is granted.
After shipment or course access, cancellation is not possible.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- If the error is ours, we cover return shipping
- If return is due to customer preference, shipping is paid by the customer
We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
